If i am going to rewrite the Canterbury Tales, it will be a story that a group of people collecting fragments of a sacred item. And i think the host will be the narrator for he is a generous and wise man. When they collect all the fragments, they will be able to meet the immortal, and they will fulfill their wishes. There will be a enchanter, who is really wise but a little selfish. Also there will be a housewife who is mean but can take care of everyone, a creative kid who can figure out some ideas which the adult can not, a extremely timid experts who know almost everything, and another monk who is always disregard by everyone.

I would rewrite the Canterbury Tales. The five people on this pilgrimage would be me, my three sisters, and my friend Josie. We would go on a adventure all around the country. See different landmarks and monuments. I love laughing so the challenge would have to be telling a different funny story about their lives or could tell jokes whoever told the most would win

If I will rewrite the Canterbury tales, I prefer to write all the pilgrimages meet a weather disaster-a blizzard. During the disaster, all the weaknesses and the ugly things about human beings are revealed. But, in the end, the justice beats the evil, the people who are kind, brave and contributive come over the blizzard and save all men's lives. Five additional characters in the journey would be a young lady, who travel for the first time alone. She is a little vainglorious, for even her family is not that rich, she always wears the expensive clothes. A bard, who dressed shabbily, living by telling his weird poems for others. The last three characters are my dad, my mom and I. In this journey, we all come over the problem together at this time. I will be the narrator.

If I can rewrite the Canterbury Tales, I will make them in different groups and meet each other during their way to Canterbury. As their group are getting bigger and bigger, the cooperation between each other are also getting better and better. They will have a common goal and fight for it together, of course everyone of them has his/her own task during the trip. I will add a lovely girl who can always help others, a hunter who has a big dog, an sewer who is an old lady and good at sewing, a little naive boy who is really clever and a 40-year-old konwledgeable woman who know how to treat people and things well as a teacher.

My retelling of the Canterbury Tales would go something like this; instead of Canterbury Cathedral, there's this island. It's said that at the top of this island's mountain, there's a cave filled with writings about major events that take place in the future. Even though this cave has been visited countless times, nobody knows what's inside. When you come out of the cave, every photo, record, piece of evidence, and memory of what is inside magically disappears from you. The narrator is the ferryman of the boat leading to the island. Some of the pilgrims include: a soldier who has been traumatized by the sights of war, a nation's leader who wants to know the future of his country, a monk who relentlessly questions how the world works, a scientist who plans to investigate the cave's effect of memory loss, and an artist, who doesn't care if she won't remember the event, but just wants to be able to say she experienced it.

If I were to rewrite the Canterbury Tales, the story would take place during the same time period but the pilgrims would be traveling to Rome and the narrator would be an omnicient narrator who knows what is going to happen but is not a character. The five characters that I would add would be a rich nobleman who wants to look religous, his spoiled, sarcastic son who has been forced to go, an elderly woman who only speaks spanish(which nobody else understands), a young female warrior who is underestimated greatly, and a small, clever mute boy who most people do not notice at first.

My retelling of the Canterbury Tales would be based on a one-way pilgrimage to the planet Mars, instead of the Canterbury Cathedral. All of the characters know that there is no guarantee that they will return to Earth. The narrator is the captain/ pilot of the space shuttle going to Mars with five other volunteers. The five volunteers include: a scientist who has a strong interest in whether or not Mars was or is able to support life; a journalist that hopes to return to Earth, write about his experiences and become wealthy from them; a minister who wants to know the answer to the ultimate question "are we alone?" as he does not want to feel like he misguided others; an old billionaire that began to feel lonely and useless so he used this opportunity as a way to put some of his money to use and challenge himself; and a woman who used her life-savings to go see the moon and stars from a different perspective.

If I were to rewrite the Canterbury tales, I would have the pilgrimage travel to Florida to seek sunny, warm weather. The narrator would be the responsible, older teenager who is soon to be a man. The other four characters would be the spoiled girl who never shuts up, the push over boy, the brainy know-it-all girl, and the youngest of the five. The youngest is most courageous, daredevil of a boy.

My canterbury tales would be a more humorous story. The Narrator would be Morgan Freeman because he has a great voice and the audio clips would sound amazing. The five adventurers would be traveling to an awesome party. The group would have a youngest member, a newcomer to the group who gets picked on a lot. The next member is a man that everyone likes, and is the only one who is really nice to the youngest. The third member is a lazy bum that does nothing, but they keep him around because he enjoys parties. The fourth member is an older guy, and he frequently bullies the youngest. People only respect him because he's a bully. The fifth and final member is the oldest member, and he is kinda weird for hanging out with younger people. Nonetheless, the group likes him because he's cool.

If I were to rewrite the Canterbury Tales, I would be the narrator. It would be about a pilgrimage to South by Southwest, which is a music festival in Texas. It is a sort of holy ground for alternative music lovers. The first person on the trip would be my sister Chelsea because we have the same taste in music. The second would be my sister's friend Jessica because she has the same taste in music and she is fun to be around. The third person would be my sister's friend Sam because she is good at getting us places. The fourth person would be one of my friends because she likes alternative music and loves traveling. The fifth and final person would be my cousin Jimmy because he is in a band and would know the ways to travel and be able to show us to knew bands once we were there.

If I could rewrite the Canterbury Tales, I would write the story that they meet each other one by one along the journey, and each one who joins in the group would have to tell a story.
My father would be a successful merchant and he is persuasive as well, and I would be his brave son, with a little fighting skills. My good friend Ace would be from my neighbours. His father would be a tradesman, too. My girlfriend is the daughter of a low-status princess.
We, five people, meet at the first place of the story, and starts the journey.
